PAYMENT - Most major credit cards accepted.  Payment can be submitted through Paypal or to a live person over the phone (903-714-0141).

 

SHIPPING for ONLINE STORE - We offer a "One Price Shipping Charge" on all orders shipped in the United States.  In other words, no matter if you buy one item or one hundred items...you are only charged $3.95, at the completion of your order, for shipping in the United States.  All items/orders are shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) of cleared payment.  The USPS with "Delivery Confirmation / Tracking Number" is our primary shipping service.  Please contact us (via email kidferlife@gmail.com or phone 903-714-0141) prior to placing your order if you have any special shipping needs or questions (i,e, over-night shipping; international shipping; etc.).

 

INVOICING & SHIPPING for AUCTION ITEMS/MERCHANDISE - Invoices will be sent out within 24 hours from the end of each auction.  Included in the invoices will be Total hammer price, Auction Premium (if applicable) and the shipping & handling costs.  All items/orders are shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) of cleared payment.  The USPS with "Delivery Confirmation / Tracking Number" is our primary shipping service (i.e., First Class Postage; Priority Mail; Express Mail; Media Mail; Parcel Post; etc.).  Please contact us (via email kidferlife@gmail.com or phone 903-714-0141) prior to placing your bids if you have any special shipping needs or questions (i,e, over-night shipping; international shipping; etc.).

 

PACKAGING - We will do our very best to pack the items safely so they arrive to you in the condition you purchased them.  We will use bubble-wrap, boxes, bubble-mailers and any other packing materials that we deem necessary to keep the item(s)/merchandise safely packed.  We reserve the right to refuse any special packing/shipping request that may result in the merchadise getting damaged during the shipping process.

 

RETURNS - We offer a "7-Day Hassel-Free" Return Policy.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return it within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (FULL REFUND = Initial postage paid & price of item(s) purchased/won).  However, the "Return Postage/Shipping" will be paid by the customer/buyer.

 

OUR PRICING - We take into consideration the following factors when pricing our merchandise:  Condition; Rarity of the item(s)/Supply & Demand; & Our own investment price(s).

 

SRP (Sugested Retail Price)/BOOK VALUE - We try to provide "SRP's/BOOK VALUES" when available so that you can see what comparable items are selling for, or, what the potential "High Book" value of the same item in mint condition is.  We compile our information from some of the top selling websites & most used price guides available. (i.e., eBay; Amazon.com; Beckett Price Guides; Overstreet Price Guides; etc.)
